AIMS OF THE CONFERENCE:
The conference is aiming at the educators in primary care who are involved in teaching at university or practice level and will be held in English. The main aim is to exchange the experiences and to propose effective strategies, models, curricula and methods of teaching GP/FM at undergraduate and postgraduate level with special emphasise on the assessment in GP/FP. During the conference there will be a mixture of invited key note lectures, presentations, panel discussions, poster presentations and group work. The modules produced during the 15th international course will also be presented to the conference audience.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
The conference will be held in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. Kranjska Gora is a tourist resort in the Northwest of Slovenia and is easily accessible by car, train or plane. The conference fee is 150 EURO + V.A.T. and will include organisation of the course, conference attendance, refreshments during coffe brakes, lunch during Saturday lunch brake, reception and gala dinner. We have chosen an array of interesting keynotes and have invited distinguished speakers to cover these issues. We invite you to send an abstract for the poster or oral presentation or for the workshop. Three presentations will be covered by the products of the course on learning and teaching about comorbidity.

CONFERENCE FEE:
The conference fee is set at 150 Euros + VAT and it will include conference materials free accessible on the web, organisation of the conference, conference attendance, lunch in Saturday lunch brake during the conference and the participation in exciting social events including gala dinner. There is a 40 EURO reduction of the course fee for EURACT members. A limited number of sponsored places is available through the EURACT sponsorship programme. Deadline for application is July 1st. ABSTRACTS:
Presentations and workshops on the topic of the conference are welcomed. Abstracts for the presentations and workshops not exceeding 250 words should be send in word format by e-mail to the programme committee by the June 20. The address is janko.kersnik@s5.net. The programme committee will decide on the acceptance of the proposed abstracts and will decide the format of the presentation. The presenting author will be notified on the decision by the end of July. The decision of the committee is final. The abstracts will be published on the web page www.drmed-mb.org.

Sponsored Places
EURACT is providing support for its members to participate in international trainer's training courses organised under EURACT patronage.
This year organisation established 5 sponsored places for the “15th Bled Course”, international workshop under the theme “Learning and teaching about comorbidity in General/Family Practice”, to be held in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia (September 20-24, 2005).
For successful applicants EURACT will cover participation fee and accommodation during the course days.
EURACT also provides sponsorship for 5 persons coming to the “2nd Meeting of GP/FM teachers in Europe – Assessment in FP/GP”, to be also held in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia (September 23 to 24th), covering their participation fee.
EURACT members can apply for sponsorship using application form. The form has to be signed by national representative of EURACT.
